We want you to absolutely love everything you order from ColorQuill. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!


📦 Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  • Return request must be made within the return window

How to Start a Return:
Email us at hello@colorquill.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and a return address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or a damaged item.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you by email

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or opened items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Digital products or gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products


💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong item or something arrived damaged?
We’re so sorry! Please email us at hello@colorquill.com with a photo and your order number within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right ASAP.


🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To swap an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
